Sir A Lot
Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at 02:53PM Raise your hand if you're familiar with Bob the Builder. Okay, you'll know what I'm talking about. For those who aren't, don't worry...it's cute all the same. ;)
So, on one of the Bob the Builder shows there's this storyline about Bob and his team fixing up a castle and learning about medieval times. The machines take on "titles" like Sir Lifts A Lot. Got it? The boys think this is cool.
The other day, completely out of the blue, Asher starts pondering what Micah's "Sir" name should be. He thought perhaps Sir Poops A Lot. Noah offered Sir Eats A Lot. Both are very apt. Other ideas were Sir Cutes A Lot, Sir Funny A Lot, and Sir With A Big Belly. Honest. I'm not making these up. In the end, they decided that they couldn't decide on just one. Indeed, they said, Micah was just A Lot. So they settled on Sir A Lot. They've been calling him that for a few days now. Micah seems very taken with his title and is determined to live up to it. Man I have cute kids. :)
In a related note, here are some pictures of Micah from our end of year picnic last weekend. He really is "A Lot", don't you think?
Also, I was realizing last night that I tend to take "a lot" more pictures of Micah these days. He's just so cute. :) Besides, the other two are often making faces as they're probably tired of me taking pictures of them all the time. Alas, I'm not going to worry about it as I'm sure the summer will provide plenty of photo opportunities.

that is so cute amanda :) when we were in canada last year we saw a clip of bob with am american accent..that was weird....my boy has always been a thomas the tank fan. love your pics, your boys are just so cute :)
Good thing Micah is still cute! But that haircut makes him look way too much older........Why is he growing up so fast! Looks more and more like Noah! Cute little Sir A Lot!
