Exactly.

Just an article a friend forwarded to me that I felt was worth sharing...

That's how many photos I've taken since last Saturday (4/25). So. You'll hopefully understand if I duck out for a bit to go through them all. ;)
If you're wondering...they're from five soccer games, a kite festival, a Science Fair, a soccer practice, making terrariums, and last night's Spring Program for Options where Noah and Asher both sang with their classes and had artwork on display. The rest of May is pretty much going to be the same (actually, probably more busy) so don't be surprised if I drop off the face of the earth now and again, lol. Hoping that I'll be able to mix some scrapping productivity in with all the rest...wish me luck!
Just wanted to pop on to say a huge congrats to those selected to be Guest Designers with PRISM! Check out their amazing work here. :)
Okay. I couldn't do it. I couldn't pick just one. :) I wish I could send something to everyone but will have to settle for three of you. Yup, decided to go with three giveaways instead of just one (don't worry, doesn't mean you'll get less...just means I really had more that I was hoarding to giveaway later, LOL)...I let each of my boys pick a name from the hat (where I'd printed all these out and cut them into little strips). So, without further ado, here are the winners:
I didn't even realize it was NSD. That shows you how long it's been since I've scrapped. Maybe some new supplies could get me going! :)

Happy NSD to you too! You were behind my alltime favorite column in CK -- the month by month page column last year -- I love my 2008 book!May 2, 2009 |

Happy NSD Amanda! I too did not get to celebrate the day in style as we were in the midst of soccer games and dance recital pictures and getting ready for sweet son's 1st Communion and Confirmation Celebration tomorrow. But, I'm thinking of scrapping if that counts . . . Hope you had a super day just the same!

Please email me with your mailing info and I'll get these out this week!
Oh, and for the record, the rain decided to hold off yesterday until the late afternoon, so we made it through both games dry...Yay! (Unfortunately, Nathan and Noah ended up soaked at Noah's practice later in the day, but at least I was warm at home with the youngest two, lol.) I took 383 pictures at the two games. Yes, even though this is our fourth season, I still take the camera to every game. I haven't yet scrapped a single soccer layout, but the boys have a fit if I don't bring the camera. ;) I do take pictures of everyone on the team, though, and give them to parents at the end of the season, along with the team and individual shots I do up on 8x10 sheets (hence my asking earlier).
And, now, I must go because we have makeup games today. (Normally, the soccer league doesn't make up missed games, but since we'd already missed 3 of the total 8 games of the season due to weather, they're making up one...today.) I'm totally stoked because the sun is actually shining! Seriously. You have no idea how happy that makes me. By some weird stroke of wackiness this entire soccer season has been plagued by bad Saturday weather. The few games we've managed to play have been overcast and cold, if not also drizzly, despite the beautiful weather we generally have all week. Saturdays, it would seem, are cursed. :) (Now that I've said that, of course, next Saturday will be fine and Noah won't get to play his game due to his 1st Communion.)
Okay, really must get going now! Happy (sunny) Sunday to you all!
Yup, today's National Scrapbooking Day!! Hooray! Course, I'll be spending it at two soccer games and an extra soccer practice (and did I mention that it's drizzly right now and due to rain later?), plus getting groceries and other various errands to get ready for our company in the coming two weeks (Nathan's mom will be here tomorrow for a week and then his cousin will be staying with us the week after that...rather excited about both visits!).
So. Since I'm unlikely to get any scrappy time in today, here's hoping that at least some of you do! :) And, because I recently did some more purging, I'll do a little giveaway of miscellaneous supplies (some older, some newer, but all fun...sorry I don't have a picture but, to be honest, I haven't decided what all will go in the box just yet, lol).
Just post here and I'll pick a winner around midnight. Oh, and if you happen to be feeling generous and happen to know of any digital templates for 8x10 sports sheets (with a larger team photo and a smaller individual photo that aren't the ugly standard ones you can get at the photo processing places), please let me know. :) Thanks!
