Five on Friday
Friday, August 21, 2015 at 12:29PM 1. Noah had been having a streak of bad/poor luck at the weekly HeroClix tournaments he and his brothers go to. Like more than a month's worth of bad luck that we were all a little tired of hearing about. ;) Wednesday night his streak came to an end, thank goodness! Unfortunately, his turn in fortune came at the expense of his brothers, lol. The random generator thing ended up assigning Noah to play each Micah and Asher during the three game tournament.
2. Why can't the buzzer noises on my washer and dryer sound different from each other so that I'd know which is which? Is that really so much to ask? :)
3. Just so you know, Noah's school year is going just fine. Right now his biggest complaint is that he misses out on the lunches we're having at home...you know, fancy things like hamburgers on the grill, lol. He's a bit bored by his packed lunches. Suggestions?
4. (For what it's worth, I'm surprised it's taken him this long to declare himself bored. He's packed the exact same lunch every day all last year and into this one, despite my asking him if he'd like something else.)
5. I really am going to start our homeschool year next week. I've *almost* figured out what I'm doing, lol. This past week has been a lot of me talking to and arguing with myself. ;)
