HELLO

Hi. I'm Amanda...a happy wife and mom to three awesome guys. We've lived here in Fort Collins for more than 20 years and are proud to call it home. Before moving to CO, I worked at a city attorney's office, making use of my law and Master's degrees from Duke. After settling in Fort Collins, I homeschooled my three (now teenage and older) sons and was delighted to experience music classes, soccer, karate, swim team, archery, Science Olympiad, First Lego League, parkour, and climbing (not all at the same time!). From 2005-10, I was also a contributing editor for a national scrapbooking magazine, authoring a book and a couple of monthly columns. From 2009-10, I founded and ran the Good Grief Blog. I enjoy learning new things, spending time with my family, volunteering with The Matthews House, traveling and indoor rock climbing.

15 years.

(Better late than never, lol...)

Last year, I set myself the goal to take at least 15 pictures of Nathan and I together during the year. I met that goal (barely, lol), and we celebrated our FIFTEENTH anniversary less than two weeks ago on New Year's Eve. (That very bottom picture was actually taken on our anniversary...thank goodness for iPhones!) Here's the layout I finally finished: (click to make it larger)

Woohoo! Yay, us! Just for fun, and because I like it, here's a closer look at one of my favorites:

Here's to another fun-filled 15 years...

(and, yes, obviously one of my goals for 2012 is to take 16 pictures of the two of us together, lol!)

Love this idea!!! And that is MY fave picture of you two, as well. Happy Belated Anniversary! Wishing you many more happy years ahead.
